Features are a category of item which can be used to customize the appearance of your character. They are an assortment of facial features belonging to various characters in the game. Changing the features of your character also changes the dance animations and voice clips to match those of the character the features belong to. The player starts out with only Gaby's features as they are the default. The rest of the features are unlocked upon completion of the game.
Below are listed all of the available features in the game. Each name corresponds with the character that shares it, with the exception of 'Tammy', which is for both Tammy and Tania.

- Aside from 'Tammy' which is used for both the characters Tammy and Tania, the girls shown in Black Diamond in some of the interactions all share the same features as Mary.
- Although Rachel and Sandy are from Lemon Park and Orange Street respectively, they each have the other area's dance animations: Rachel has Orange Street dance animations and Sandy has Lemon Park dance animations. Interestingly, the colour of both of their features in the menu corresponds with their in game area and not their animations. The reason for this change is unknown, but it could be something to do with the personalities of the characters. It is hinted at that Rachel might not originally be from Lemon Park which could also explain the change.
